Pregnancy yoga is the best tool to keep a toned body during pregnancy and to prepare body and mind for the birth of your baby.

Cost: £50 for 5 consecutive classes or £12 pay as you go.
The classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Classes are limited to 10 students, please call or email to confirm availability.
Some Yoga mats are provided but do bring your own if you have one. All other equipment is provided.
