Basic to Brilliant Cooking Course
This favourite two-week course will transform your approach to cooking.
The recipes followed are all useful everyday fare, which will provide the building blocks for future, more imaginative dishes. A strong emphasis is put on a sensible attitude towards nutrition, vegetable preparation and cooking and not forgetting an eye to presentation.
Mondays 9.30am – 5pm (lunch included)
Tuesdays – Fridays 9am – 5pm (breakfast and lunch included)
